A gang linked to convicted heroin dealer Greg Lynch have emerged as a target for Gardai investigating the hacked encrypted phone network, Ghost.
Lynch was once a key player in the Kinahan Cartel’s drug distribution network in Dublin’s south inner city.
However, he cut ties with the cartel after narrowly surviving being shot in the face outside a pub in Cabra.
