I’ll be chatting with old friends, new friends and trying to learn with every conversation.

It may be a bit hard hitting at times and emotional for sure but, hopefully, you’ll realise you are not alone.


There will also be mini episodes called ‘Grizzly Chats’ where i’ll be walking my little dog, Freddie, or just recording my thoughts for that particular day.
