{"version":"1.0","type":"rich","provider_name":"Acast","provider_url":"https://acast.com","height":250,"width":700,"html":"<iframe src=\"https://embed.acast.com/$/651b731877e8a9001130e422/65976563b402dc0016be7aaa?\" frameBorder=\"0\" width=\"700\" height=\"250\"></iframe>","title":"005 Kugel Cups","thumbnail_width":200,"thumbnail_height":200,"thumbnail_url":"https://open-images.acast.com/shows/651b731877e8a9001130e422/1704420711663-b7c07428e4dcd2246c64058fb87dd7db.jpeg?height=200","description":"<p>Jordan and Wes make adorable individual kugels. \"Kugelitos,\" if you will.</p><p><br></p><p>For kugel:</p><p><br></p><p>6 oz egg noodles</p><p>3 eggs, beaten</p><p>2 oz cream cheese (use the brick, not “cream cheese spread”)</p><p>8 oz farmer cheese</p><p>1 cup whole milk</p><p>⅓ cup white sugar</p><p>⅛ cup brown sugar</p><p>½ cup sour cream</p><p>3 tbsp melted butter</p><p>½ tbsp vanilla extract</p><p>½ tsp salt</p><p><br></p><p>For topping:</p><p><br></p><p>½ tsp cinnamon</p><p>⅛ cup brown sugar</p><p>⅛ cup white sugar</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Preheat oven to 350 F.</li><li>Set out cream cheese and farmer cheese to soften.</li><li>Mix topping ingredients and set aside.</li><li>Cut fluted parchment cups and line your pan (or use muffin cups depending on the pan you’re using).</li><li>Boil and lightly salt water.</li><li>Cook noodles to firm al dente (about 5 minutes).</li><li>Drain noodles and shock with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.</li><li>Combine all kugel ingredients except noodles in a mixing bowl and beat.</li><li>Stir noodles into mixture.</li><li>Spoon into your fluted cup-lined pan.</li><li>Sprinkle with topping.</li><li>Bake until golden - 40 minutes - 1 hour depending on your oven.
