\nOn today’s episode, Katie and Annmarie are talking to Kathleen Chada about her tragic story of losing her two sons Eoghan and Ruairí.
\nOn July 29, 2013, Kathleen’s husband, Sanj murdered their two sons. The boys had been taken from their family home in Carlow. Kathleen waited, and searched, for almost 24 hours before her husband phoned her and told her, 'The boys are dead'.
\nKathleen has written a book about her experience called ‘Everything’ which is a beautiful though painful celebration of their young lives, but it is also a powerful and rewarding story of how a mother has attempted to build her life back into one piece after the devastation of their deaths.
\nIn Everything, Kathleen remembers the man she knew for almost 20 years. The man who was the love of her life, and whom she shared such a happy life with. Sanjeev Chada... her Sanj.
\nA man she now understands to be 'pure evil'. A man who had also planned to murder her several years before. And a man she believes must never be allowed free from Arbour Hill Prison in Dublin.
\nIn today’s episode, Kathleen shares the plethora of complicated emotions that she experienced throughout her grieving process and how she is managing to rebuild her life.
