Ciara underwent brain surgery to treat a brain tumour in July 2025. Despite the fatigue, ongoing hospiatal appointments and recovery from the surgery, Ciara returned to school and sat her leaving cert this summer at Davitt College in Castlebar. Ciara is now studying at Maynooth University to become a primary school teacher.</p>","author_name":"Midwest Radio"}
