On October 1st, 2025 Ódhran Dever was born by caesarean section at University Hospital Galway and died two days later.
Last week the judge at the inquest described the case as one of the saddest he had dealt with after hearing evidence of injuries sustained by Ódhran during the delivery.
This morning, Ódhran's mother Andrea Dever and Trease Norrby, Senior Associate with Callan Tansey Solicitors , spoke to Tommy Marren.
