Both have been on the podcast before Dr David in his role as a leading academic on coaching and Ms Val as a Great Coach. Ms Val led the&nbsp;t UCLA gymnastics team from 1991 to 2019, collecting the seven national&nbsp;Championships along the way and she now leads the course&nbsp;“Transformative Coaching.
