Rich is a long-time martial artist, and a 20 year MMA coach. He is also a multi-title holding martial artist in K1, Thai Boxing and Unlicensed Boxing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Rich is a left-handed striker, has an exciting style and talks of his successes and the benefits of being left-handed in martial arts.
