She started training Jiu Jitsu at the age of 47 after meeting coach, AJ Clingerman at a speakers event. Jen is a seasoned podcaster, who heard a gap in the market for something more from a female perspective in wrestling/martial arts.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We discover what we can now do with our bodies in our 40's, training Jiu Jitsu and discovering our ability to be more physical.
