The book shows what excellence looks like in the real world.</p><p><br></p><p>Tracey Adams has been a teacher for 26 years and is deputy head at St Matthew’s Research School in Birmingham. St Matthew’s is part of the Research School Network, and aims “to share the very best evidence-based practice with schools and teachers across the West Midlands through evidence-based training.”</p><p><br></p><p>Tracey is a NCETM Teaching for Mastery Specialist and Professional Development Lead.
