Here, he was a National Leader of Education (NLE), helping to drive improvements across Yorkshire. Seeing schools achieve sustained improvement is his abiding passion.</p><p><br></p><p>In January this year Chris moved to Birmingham, to take up the role of deputy CEO of the Create Partnership Trust, an organisation responsible for the education of 3,000 children.
