Making Things Better is a podcast where I speak to people working in public services, charities, communities, socially aware businesses, or as individuals, all of whom are trying to make society a better place for others.
My background is in local public service change, particularly focusing on digital service design, technology and data, so there will be a fair bit of that. But I'm keen to widen my scope a bit, so I can learn more about other areas of change happening in society.
