Since starting Cadence in 2014 at the ripe old age of 26, Charlie has led over $1.5 billion of deals including $600 million in acquisitions and $872 million of disposals across 36 transactions, achieving an average net equity IRR of over 70 per cent.
Now Charlie's embarking on his next mission an investment platform, the Cadence Australian Real Estate Partnership, which is targeting value add real estate opportunities across Australia. Not bad for a bloke who's yet to celebrate his 40th birthday.
