No mater our culture, we all laugh and benefit from humor. The challenge for internationals living in Denmark is finding out how to interpret the humor they are surrounded by. Since Danes have the benefit of growing up with this humor, there is less of an adjustment, but our Danish friends and colleagues need to better understand how they are perceived. The responsibility is shared, and Lita and Helen do their best to teach us how to meet our obligations to one another in regards to humor in Denmark.
