Nita grew up with a narcissistic mother. The co-dependent traits she had developed ultimately led her into a highly abusive marriage with a second narcissist. After her divorce, Nita realised her children were on a similar path facing potential futures filled with alcoholism, drug abuse, suicidal ideation, self-harming, eating disorders, and self-hate.
