Andrew was the kid at school who was bullied. He was teased. People would slap his books down in the hallway. He would sit alone at lunch, he would be picked last in gym class, and life became pretty dark. Andrew started fantasising about suicide and revenge and he sat in this victim mentality for years. Until one day he decided he really needed to figure this out. He wanted a good life. He wanted to be happy. He tried every modality, every type of healing. And after a decade of making some progress but not breaking through, Andrew created Cinesomatics. Cinesomatics uses video and movement to help you see the unconscious patterns that run your life and it teaches you how to face, feel and heal those patterns through your body. It’s fascinating!
