Yes, a defeat, but another game with no attacking intent, multiple defensive lapses and a lack of demonstrable heart.</p><p><br></p><p>Consensus is that the head coach’s position is increasingly untenable, but a public backing in the week leaves everyone wondering what, if not an exit, can come next.</p><p>It’s a hard listen, and it’s painful.
