Using this time of year to reflect, they take a look at why wedding photographers (themselves included!) do the things they do in their business - things that seem to be unwritten rules and industry standards. They look at gifting, outsourcing, photo/film delivery times, becoming educators and begin to wonder, does there need to be this uniformity when running a wedding business? If you're self-employed, don't you get to write the rules? It certainly gets them thinking and they hope it gets your noodle twitching.
