Nia Thomas is a charity director, fellow podcaster and author of ‘The Self-Awareness Superhighway’. Her doctoral research at the University of South Wales Business School explored the links between SELF-AWARENESS and LEADER EFFECTIVENESS. Previously Nia has worked in the NHS, local government and civil service in England and Wales. She is passionate - evangelical even - about raising awareness of awareness, because of the myriad benefits it can bring to our lives. In today's conversation we explore the crucial part self-aware leadership plays in creating generative working environments that meet the needs of our workforce, now and in the future.
