“The Bethlehem Shepherds”
Welcome to Episode 68 of “Timeless Truths” with me, Dr. Christine Van Horn, as your host. This is the second of a three-part series on the birth of Jesus. I aired these for the first time last year but am re-airing them for this Christmas because the information is important, and some of this may be new information for you. I also have new listeners since last year. This episode was originally called “Who Were The Shepherds?” as Episode 24. My book that explains much of this information is called “The Tower Of The Flock.” The final of this 3-part series on Christmas will air next week. I also recommend Rick Renner’s book or audio/video series “Christmas – The Rest of the Story” and you will also learn some of this same information.
Show Notes:
The shepherds were not ordinary shepherds
The Shepherd’s Fields
The birthing place for the Temple Flock
The Messiah revealed to the shepherds
The shepherd’s care of the newborn Temple flock
Confirmation that Jesus was born at the Tower of the Flock
Rick Renner’s Book “Christmas – The Rest of the Story”
