I don’t present this idea as a panacea, but just a huge tool in our aspiration for improving wellbeing.</p><p><br></p><p>🎬 <a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/thedoctorskitchen\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Watch the podcast on YouTube here</a></p><p><strong>📱</strong> <a href=\"https://applink.thedoctorskitchen.com/D8Et/rl6rea2q\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Download The Doctor’s Kitchen app for free</a>*</p><p>🌐 <a href=\"https://thedoctorskitchen.com/podcasts/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">View full show notes, including guest details, on our website</a></p><p><br></p><p>*The Doctor's Kitchen App gives you access to all of our recipes, with specific suggestions tailored to your health needs and new recipes added every month.
