In the first episode of my pregnancy journey series, I’m taking you right back to the beginning. I share my health journey and my experience of living with endometriosis, adenomyosis and Crohn’s disease, being told I had low AMH, the fertility conversations that made me question whether I’d ever become a mum, and everything that led us to deciding it was finally time to start trying for a baby.


This episode is simply my Health story. The emotions, the uncertainty, the hope, and the lessons I’ve taken away from it all. My experience won’t be everyone’s, but if you’ve ever felt like your body is working against you, or you’ve been navigating your own health or fertility journey, I hope this episode helps you feel a little less alone.
