She is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Technology Sydney. She is also the founder of the Australian Institute for Human Wellness. Anastasia has particular interest in addictions, and in 2024 she published The Dopamine Brain with Penguin Books.&nbsp;Anastasia also has a passion for rural and remote mental health, and working with rural health services to make positive changes for the communities that they support.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Aside from psychology, Anastasia is a classically trained pianist.
