While Galway City Council provided the broad brief, Arthur and Isaac – supported by their Music Educator Emma Lohan – shaped the sound from the ground up. Using an audio mixer, drum machine and synth, they met over several sessions to experiment, refine ideas, and build the melody and rhythm that give the jingle its unique character.
