Its purpose is to remind your body and mind of its natural abilities to heal itself.</p><p>The idea is that to give ourselves time to heal, our body and mind need some peace and quiet to regenerate. If you are in a constant rush, always active, tensed and never completely relaxed and tranquil, your body and mind can't repair itself. That's why meditation is the perfect way to enable self-healing.</p><p><br></p><p>Even for me, getting time to relax is something that I really struggle with. Giving myself the time to relax and calm is so important. It can really help my body heal. Relaxation and sleep are so important for the regeneration of the body. I have had a couple of recent injuries and I notice the more I relax and the less stress I have in my life, my inflammation and pain improves.</p><p>In this meditation, we'll do all that is needed to remind your body of how to heal itself and everything to allow it to do that. You will learn how to relax the whole body, calm your mind, slow and deepen your breathing, show appreciation and love to your body, and remind it of its natural powers.</p><p>For the best results, I recommend you do it as often as possible.
