Our approach honors the cultural significance of these deities, deepening our understanding of yoga’s spiritual roots.

At the heart of yoga and Tantra is the union of Shiva, pure consciousness, and Shakti, creative energy. Shiva’s stillness witnesses the dynamic movements of life, while Shakti is the force that sustains and dissolves the universe. These energies are inseparable, and their union fuels all creation.

Through asanas, pranayama, and meditation, we harmonize Shiva’s stillness with Shakti’s energy, awakening our true nature. As Shakti rises through the chakras to unite with Shiva, a profound spiritual awakening occurs. Our practice will embody their cosmic dance, where each movement is a reflection of creation and consciousness merging. This journey inspires bliss, contentment, and self-awareness, honouring the divine interplay within us.

To read more and to practice with Zephyr Wildman, click here.

To support Zephyr Yoga Podcast, donate here.
","author_name":"Zephyr Wildman"}
