How deep did you love? How well did you let go?\" These questions invite us to examine our lives and yoga practice.

In yoga, mindful living is about being present in each moment. We cultivate compassion (Karuna), joy (Mudita), and wisdom (Prajna) as we practice, embracing ourselves with kindness and sensitivity. Let’s live with joy and awareness, responding to challenges with empathy.

Loving-kindness (Metta) is central to both yoga and Buddhism. Our practice today fosters unconditional love and equanimity, accepting ourselves and others without attachment or aversion, cultivating inner peace.

Letting go is key in yoga. Through non-attachment (Vairagya), we release physical, emotional, and mental tension. With each breath, we let go of what no longer serves us, embracing impermanence (Anicca). Inhale \"Let,\" exhale \"Go\" – and practice releasing, moment by moment.

Let’s live, love, and let go fully.

To read more and to practice with Zephyr Wildman, click here.

To support Zephyr Yoga Podcast, donate here.
","author_name":"Zephyr Wildman"}
