Prana is the vital energy that flows within us, and Ojas sustains it. The five stages of Prana; activation, churn, consolidate, ignite, and direct... help guide our energy towards higher consciousness and daily tasks. Inspired by a Buddhist teaching, we are like potters shaping four vessels: Closed, Dirty, Tilted, and Leaky. Each vessel represents different states of resistance, trauma, imbalance, and distraction. As yogis, we reshape and repair ourselves through our practice, using heat (Tapas) and self-study (Svadhyaya) to foster healing, inspiration, and transformation. By activating, churning, consolidating, igniting, and directing our Prana, we address our unique challenges and enhance our growth. This practice helps balance energy, reduce distractions, and cultivate clarity and focus, leading to a more enlightened and balanced life.

To read more and to practice with Zephyr Wildman, click here.

To support Zephyr Yoga Podcast, donate here.
","author_name":"Zephyr Wildman"}
