But soon I’m going to be known as the lad who ran the length of the country for two incredible mental health charities, Andy’s Man Club and Young Minds.</em></strong></h4><h4><br></h4><h4><strong><em>The challenge spans over 850 miles, meaning that for 27 consecutive days I’ll be covering over 31 miles, raising&nbsp;money and awareness along the way.</em></strong></h4><h4><strong><em>​</em></strong></h4><h4><strong><em>The stigma around speaking about feelings needs to be broken down, everyone deserves accessible support which works for them.</em></strong></h4><h4><br></h4><h4><strong><em>Throughout the challenge I will be sharing my own story, discussing my own experience of bullying and the impact it had on my mental health. I’ll be sharing how speaking out and accessing support allowed me to be in the position I’m in today.
