Co-founders of A Virtual Vintage Market, Emily and Georgie, connected through their own creative, slow fashion brands Medley and Peony vintage. AVVM was launched in 2020, to support vintage fashion brands during the pandemic. Fast forward three years, it has grown and evolved into a global community championing sustainability, shopping with small businesses and of course, loving all things vintage. Georgie and Emily share their experiences of curating virtual market days, the joys of shopping small, secondhand and sustainably, how creatives are taking this space and making it their own and what they see for the future of vintage.

The Creative Babes Club podcast is a space for candid, creative conversations, where we embrace the ‘ebbs and flows’ and realities of being a creative babe.
I am Alice, founder of the ‘club. And I am all about creative wellbeing… As a once overwhelmingly burnt out, anxious creative, I know how uncreative we can feel… and how, as life is life-ing, and our to-do list gets longer… our creativity can take a back seat. I help creatives give space for their creativity, their creative ideas and to grow their creative circles.
For this ‘mini series’, I am connecting with creatives, business owners and industry experts, who share their own creative journeys, knowledge and flair. As well as sharing my own creative thoughts, musings and learnings that swirl around my mind with you. And as an overthinking, OCD, sensitive, creative soul… I got a lot of ‘em.
