And since we are talking about experiences and things that have changed over time, you will hear a lot of Present Perfect Simple and Present Perfect Continuous throughout the episode. So while listening, try to notice structures like I’ve realized, I’ve noticed, I’ve learned, I’ve become, or I’ve been working.
