Ji Chong, the runaway prince turned bounty hunter, is hired to capture a mysterious bounty: the once-famous composer musician, Xie Yun, who offended the Magistrate of the town of XiWang(Hope) enough for him to ban all perfomances and rename the town AnJing(Silence).
Gradually, Ji Chong and Xie Yun reveal (and help each other heal from) deep traumas. They also grow ridiculously in love and take forever to kiss about it.
