This week on Almost Canon we talk about the Bearwalker. Similar to the better known Skinwalker, the Bearwalker is a type of paranormal or supernatural ability used by certain shamen and medicine men of Siberia and North America.It allows them to not only shapeshift into a bear but to take on aspects of a bear as well as use the spirit of a bear to perform individual tasks.
We also look at the infamous 'berserker', which seem to share more than a few aspects of bearwalking and local legends of the 'bulletproof bear' which could actually be modern bearwalker encounters.
