Hardeep Rai has revolutionised the world of entrepreneurship and disability empowerment.
Over his career, Hardeep has gone from working with hedge funds, wealth managers and private equity firms to creating an inclusive and accessible business world for disabled people. Today he talks about surviving the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami and how the birth of his son, Eshan, led him to found the Kaleidoscope Group who empower and support disabled people to build their dream careers.
