We're always thinking about other people, always in our heads worrying about the next thing. Actually allowing yourself to rest without feeling guilty can be SO nourishing for our souls. Rest is actually so underrated.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About this Theta Healing meditation:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is a powerful guided visualisation where I'll help you rewire your subconscious mind around feeling SAFE to rest. Using an adaptation of ThetaHealing techniques, I'll guide you into a Theta brainwave state - the only state where you can actually access and change your subconscious mind.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>IMPORTANT: Do NOT listen while driving or operating machinery. Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down where you won't be interrupted.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>If you can't do that right now, save this episode and come back when you have 20 minutes of uninterrupted space.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Before you start the healing, consider:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Is there resistance to resting? Do you feel guilty?</li><li>Is there something you feel like you \"should\" be doing instead?</li><li>Where are those fears coming from?</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Remember: rest is gradual. It's hard to go from running around all day to lying down with zero distractions. Allow yourself tiny steps. Instead of doing 10 things, do 8. Then 5. Move into a more restful state gradually - otherwise your nervous system might panic and rest will feel uncomfortable.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>After the healing:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Let me know how you felt!
