For a little guy, Kin sure gets it done! He's taking a big risk by going back up the trench and swimming through tubes, broken glass and potentially many other hazards by carrying out his part of the plan. Meanwhile, what's everyone else doing? Is Sef battling a ravager or creating a distraction somehow? Are Cliff and Seara getting their hands dirty by sabotaging the power plant operation or assisting Kin in his mission? No... they're all literally sat around twiddling their thumbs. They're not even really getting to know each other! Which makes Kin's efforts in this instalment of Disposable Magic - a cephalopod romance story written by the author Dani Finn - all the more admirable!
