In a way, I feel sorry for the wankers listening to this series... if you're here to masturbate then it's been quite a long time since we've had a really sexy erotic scene to goon over, hasn't it? However, this week I also feel a bit sorry for everyone else too - the people just here for the storytelling, because this is unfortunately an instalment of Disposable Magic - a cephalopod romance story written by the author Dani Finn - which fails to deliver payment on the cliff-hangar invoices that were submitted for our approval last week. Don't get me wrong, there is still an exciting action scene in this episode with some nice payoff involving a recurring theme between two of the main characters...it's just probably not the payoff that you were hoping for!
On the other hand, if you like episodes where I lose my shit and get really angsty and entitled about a story not being told in exactly the way I wanted it to be - then you're in luck because boy do I have some things to say about chapters 11 & 12!
