About the guest speaker:
Harini Madhusudan is a PhD scholar with the School of Conflict Studies, NIAS. Her thesis looks at Militarisation in Outer Space: case studies of India, France, and Japan. She is currently a faculty with the Department of International Relations, Peace and Public Policy, St Joseph’s University. Her other interests include International Political Economy, Disruptive Technologies, International Law, and Russia Studies.
