An unfaithful adaptation of the Collodi classic Pinocchio with protagonist Geppetto at its heart, PIN takes a dystopian Tim Burtonesque look at a society defined by technology. With a score inspired by Little Shop of Horrors and Danny Elfman classics, PIN is a comical and heartfelt answer to our increasing isolation and a rallying cry for humanity to shine through.
Featuring songs ‘Trust In Gravity’ performed by Louis Maskell & Celinde Schoenmaker and ‘What Do They Know’ performed by Miriam Nyarko & Flora Spencer Longhurst.
Tommy Antonio (he/him) Book / Lyrics
Tommy Antonio is a composer, bookwriter, lyricist, and multi instrumentalist working in musical theatre, film, and as a recording artist. He trained at Guildhall School Of Music and Drama. Tommy records as Shaker Neon with long time collaborator Dom James, and as Tenderland as a solo artist and producer. He is under commission by Roald Dahl Story Company to adapt one of their most beloved titles into a stage musical. PIN is Tommy’s first musical as bookwriter/lyricist.

Marc Teiler (he/him) Composer
Marc Teitler is an award-winning composer who works across contemporary dance, theatre and film. Recipient of the Guardian Innovation Award, Marc is the co-creator of the West End musical The Grinning Man which opened at the Bristol Old Vic and transferred to the West End’s Trafalgar Studios. Most recently, Marc created The Magician’s Elephant with Nancy Harris for the Royal Shakespeare Company which has its US premiere in 2024. Marc’s previous musicals with Nancy include The Red Shoes at the Gate, Dublin and Baddies at the Unicorn Theatre. Marc’s scores for plays include Dance Nation at the Almeida, Blood & Gifts at the National Theatre and The Secret Agent at the Young Vic. Marc is currently working on a sci-fi musical called Rescue Fantasy with Phil Porter.

Natalie Abrahami (she/her) Director
Natalie Abrahami is a theatre, opera and film director. Previous work includes: The Trials (Donmar Warehouse); Rusalka (Royal Opera House); Swive [Elizabeth] (Shakespeare’s Globe), and ANNA (National Theatre). Natalie was Artistic Director of the Gate Theatre, Notting Hill with Carrie Cracknell 2007-2012. Natalie went on to become an Associate Director at the Young Vic where she directed Juliet Stevenson in Happy Days and Wings, George Mackay in Ah, Wilderness! and Natalie Dormer in After Miss Julie. Other theatre and opera include: The Meeting (Chichester Festival Theatre), Machinal (Almeida), Queen Anne (Royal Shakespeare Company and Theatre Royal Haymarket); How the Whale Became and Other Tales (Linbury Studio, Royal Opera House).
