It turns out my big feelings were a sign of demonic oppression.</p><p><br></p><p>In the new age coaching world I used to live in, I hear women constantly discuss about the “low energy,” “low vibe” emotions regularly come up in life and business, and that this is normal.</p><p><br></p><p>I used to teach the same thing — normalize these unpleasant, painful parts of you, make friends with your demons, and make no part of you “bad.”</p><p><br></p><p>I was wrong!!</p><p><br></p><p>On the other side, with Jesus in my life, I am emotionally STABLE for the first time EVER.</p><p><br></p><p>The answer is not to invest in more coaches or communities that can normalize the chaos…</p><p><br></p><p>The answer is Jesus.</p><p><br></p><p>I’m not against you investing in a coach — I AM a coach — and I have and do invest in coaching, therapy, support…</p><p><br></p><p>But without Jesus, I was dependent.</p><p><br></p><p>I was addicted.</p><p><br></p><p>To coaches, investment, and self-help.</p><p><br></p><p>I was trying to fix the brokenness inside of me with everything except for Jesus.</p><p><br></p><p>Just because you give your life to Jesus, doesn’t mean your suffering will go away.</p><p><br></p><p>Instead, your suffering changes AND you have a new type of strength and hope to lean on — God’s strength and Christ’s hope.</p>","author_name":"Ana Empowers"}
