July 1987 and the signs were there that Ireland was a changing place. Irish cyclist Stephen Roche was well on his way to winning the Tour de France and David Bowie, “The Thin White Duke\" himself was paying us a visit by hosting a concert at Slane Castle on banks of the River Boyne. In the crowd at the concert was 27-year-old mother of two Antoinette Smith. She would not be seen again until April 1988 when a family discovered her body on a desolate patch of ground in the Dublin Mountains.

Ciaran is joined by regular series contributor Shayne Phelan to discuss this unsolved case that has spanned four decades.
