Alicia earned a BS in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Arizona State University.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bio for Michelle Redfern</p> <p>Michelle is the founder of <a href= \"https://michelleredfern.com/\">Advancing Women</a>, an enterprise providing research and advisory services on workplace gender equality, inclusion and diversity.
