Premise: In this dog eat dog world, you always need a leg up on the competition. And sometimes that means doing whatever you need to in order to appease a backwards minded boss. Xander is in such a position when he finds out that his boss only ends up hiring the interns that are in committed relationships. So he recruits Margo, a young woman that just wants to get a job at the most reputable fashion magazine in the city. And it just so happens that Xander’s father runs that magazine. So, a favor for favor.
