Ep. 51. Niamh and Kevin are back together again this week with an ever so slightly shorter episode than normal. Niamh explains what's been going on with her recently which included a trip to urgent care. Both siblings have chaos stories that involve cars. Niamh talks about how her body is yet again telling her to slow down and how she still isn't really listening to the warning signs her body and mind are sending her. The two also discuss how they need to stop saying \"if you get me\" and \"am I making sense\". This is because Niamh realised that each person will take away whatever they need from each episode and topic they discuss.
