Hello beautiful people and welcome to the how do you peel podcast todays episode was recorded back in December 2021, i was joined by my incredible cousin ed grant to talk about his experience suffering in silence for over 30 years with anxiety. He talks to us about how he has dealt with it in the past and openly with in the last year. He wrote about his experience in an article for the telegraph where he said \"I had a beautiful wife, happy children, a successful career - but inside I was crippled with anxiety\" this article was released Ahead of Men’s Health Week in June last Year, and opened up about his secret mental-health struggles. Today he endorses people to be open and honest about their personal struggles with mental health and to reach out for help because it has helped him so much since attending therapy and creating safe life lines that he can rely on to help him when he is down. so with out further a do lets meet the wonderful Ed Grant.
