So long as we look after ourselves 80% of the time, its okay to go wild with the other 20% - the whole point of life is to chill out and have fun!</p>\n<p>Her group programmes include Mind over Matter, Mindset and Motivation overhaul, and the \"21 Day Total Body Reset” food elimination diet programme.</p>\n<p>She also offers one to one coaching around habits and mindset: a specialised blood pressure reduction diet programme and a type 2 diabetes management programme.
