Tascha is Co-Founder & CEO of Alpha Finance. She studied Economics at UC Berkeley before starting her career in Investment Banking at Jefferies in San Francisco then in London. 


Tascha has always been interested in technology and finance and was immediately drawn into Bitcoin and blockchain when she got introduced to them in 2016. In 2020, she founded Alpha Finance with Nipun from MIT, who is ranked the third in mathematics globally. Alpha Finance Lab builds decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, such as Alpha Homora, which has become a popular tool in the new economy of blockchain. Through these products, Alpha Finance strives to innovate DeFi solutions and pioneer new standards towards sustainable and scalable financial infrastructure on blockchain. Tascha believes that the hardest part of being a founder is being aware and adapting quickly towards the right direction amidst the changing nature of the industry.
