Nam is based In San Diego, CA where he teaches full time locally, Virtually on Yoga International, and he also leads yoga teacher trainings and retreats around the world. From the beginning of this conversation, we learn that Nam is a natural overachiever and how a yoga studio challenge eventually led him down this new career path that he's made uniquely his own. As a student of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), which we discuss in detail, Nam shares his interest in balancing out the vinyasa practice and teaching students to be skillful in It. This episode will provide context on Mobility, Stability, Strength and Flexibility as we discuss Active and Passive range of Motion at length.
