The organic theme that we kept returning to was the need to feel and to rest with these feelings to be able to befriend them. And that, for us in our different ways and with different mediums, that has been a guide towards a deepening of our unique Wild Creativity.</p><p><br></p><p>Elise Kamala Premanjali is a UK-based singer-songwriter and sacred music artist blending folk-inspired melodies with devotional mantras as part of the husband-and-wife duo Premanjali. She is an experienced and heart-centred practitioner — a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher with nearly 20 years of teaching experience, a trained life coach, and a Heart Meditation facilitator. Elise has been facilitating women’s circles for over a decade, and she performs internationally, sharing her music and teachings at retreats, workshops, festivals, and events around the world.
