In the episode, Professor Ilke Inceoglu from the <a href=\"https://www.exeter.ac.uk/research/centres/excl/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Exeter Centre for Leadership</a> asks Ronit and Herman what it really means for research to have societal impact. They discuss how researchers can address pressing real-world challenges without compromising academic rigour, why impact begins with asking important questions, and how translating research for practitioners, policymakers and wider audiences is becoming an essential part of scholarship.</p>","author_name":"University of Exeter Business School"}
